摘　　要：针对石油炼化塔器类、加热炉类设备的保温层破损、内衬脱落、加热炉炉管结焦等问题,基于传热理论及L-M蠕变模型,研发了保温性能及能耗快评算法及“类尼古丁”原理的P值积累剩余寿命算法.应用结果显示:以某台气化炉为例,经计算该设备衬里轻度损伤,散热损失超标量为290.22 kW,折算标煤量为136.9 t/a,设备经济损耗达6.8万元/a;对某厂历史温度阶段为400,450,530℃,内压9.5 MPa的加热炉炉管实际评估后,结果显示,当前状态下的P值积累量为P_(450)=17575.38,炉管的剩余寿命约为3.4年.In view of the existing problems such as damage to the thermal insulation layer,lining falling off and coking of heating furnace tubes of petroleum refining towers and heating furnace equipment,based on heat transfer theory and L-M creep model,the evaluation algorithm of heat preservation performance,energy consumption and the P-value accumulation residual life algorithm of“nicotinelike”principle were developed.The application results showed that taking a gasifier as an example,the lining of the equipment was slightly damaged,the heat dissipation loss exceeded the standard amount of 290.22 kW,the converted standard coal amount was 136.9 t/year,and the annual economic loss of the equipment reached 68,000 RMB/year.After the actual evaluation of the furnace tube of a heating furnace with a historical temperature stage of 400℃,450℃and 530℃,and an internal pressure of 9.5 MPa,the results showed that the accumulation of P value in the current state was P_(450)=17575.38,and the remaining life was about 3.4 years.
