摘 要:通过对低浓度VOCs废气治理技术的对比分析,确定了采用“洗涤-吸附-催化氧化”工艺治理某石化企业污水处理场氧化沟低浓度VOCs废气.在废气洗涤操作液气比2~6 L/m^(3)、微正压常温操作,常温吸附、80~120℃吸附再生,催化氧化反应空速5000~20000/h、入口温度350~400℃的操作条件下,吸附罐排放尾气中非甲烷总烃浓度低于10 mg/m^(3)、臭气浓度降低至20;催化氧化净化气中非甲烷总烃浓度低于15 mg/m^(3),苯、甲苯及二甲苯均低于检出限,满足国家及地方排放标准要求.The technology consisting of washing-adsorption-catalytic oxidation was determined to treat the low concentration VOCs waste gas from the oxidation ditch in an enterprise in Hebei based on the analysis of low concentration VOCs waste gas treatment technologies.At the operationing conditions of washing operation with liquid gas ratio of 2~6 L/m^(3),micro positive pressure/normal temperature operation,normal temperature adsorption,80~120℃adsorption regeneration,gas space velocity of catalytic oxidation of 5000~20000/h,and inlet temperature of 350~400℃,the concentration of nonmethane total hydrocarbon in the tail gas discharged from the adsorption tank was lower than 10 mg/m^(3),and the odor concentration was reduced to 20.The concentration of nonmethane total hydrocarbon in catalytic oxidation purified gas was lower than 15 mg/m^(3),and the concentrations of benzene,toluene and xylene were all lower than the detection limit,meeting the requirements of national and local emission standards.
