摘　　要：研读《蒲辅周医案》《蒲辅周医疗经验》中热病相关医案,简要梳理探讨蒲辅周先生针对外感热病的辨治思路,首辨神志,神昏者以卫气营血理论为基础辨证施治,神清者进一步细辨表里阴阳。提纲挈领,便于临床应用。Read the medical records related to febrile diseases in PU Fuzhou’s Medical Records and PU Fuzhou’s Treatment Experience,and briefly sort out and discuss PU Fuzhou’s ideas on diagnosis and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases.First of all,the patients with unconsciousness were treated on the basis of the theory of febrile disease,and the patients with clear mind could further distinguish the exterior and interior syndromes.Through the carding of thinking,the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is convenient for clinical application.
