可用物量比较视角下PPP法与汇率法的综合应用

摘　　要：汇率法是通过市场汇率将一国的GDP折算为国际统一货币值,折算值能够反映一国一定时期通过生产活动获得的国际清偿力,这是目前各国政府和国际组织普遍采用的折算方法。PPP法是将一国的GDP通过PPP折算为国际统一货币值,折算值反映一国一定时期生产的物量水平,但不反映一国国际清偿力的变化,该法多应用于学术研究。在国家间比较国民生活水平和军力等项目时,各国与比较项目相关的可用物量水平更有意义更值得研究;汇率法和PPP法需要综合应用:将比较项目涉及的内销值用PPP法折算、外销值用汇率法折算;综合折算的结果可反映一个国家与比较项目相关的可用物量水平,纠正了不区分内销值和外销值全部用汇率法或PPP法折算带来的失真。The exchange rate method is that a country’s GDP is converted to GDP showed with common currency in the world by exchange rate,and the converting result of a country’s GDP can reflect the variety of its international solvency by production activities within a certain period,the exchange rate method is widely used by governments of countries and international organizations.PPP method is that a country’s GDP is converted to GDP showed with common currency in the world by ppp,and the converting result reflects the country’s volume of production of within a certain period,but can’t reflect the variety of its international solvency of the country,PPP method is usually applied to academic research.When a country’s national living standard or military strength with military spending compared with others’,the country’s usable product quantity concerned with them is more worth studied,Synthetic method includding characteristic of exchange rate method and PPP method should be used,in the method ppp is used to converting value of domestic trade and exchange rate is used to converting value of exports,the converting result means how much usable product quantity is connected with the compared subjets.The distortion that all value including domestic trade and value of exports is wholly converted either by exchange rate method or by PPP method is corrected.
