摘　　要：数字线划图(DLG)是基础地理信息中最重要、应用最广泛的数据,其质量直接关系到基于地理信息数据的分析、决策的正确性和可靠性。目前,关于DLG数据的质检系统已经有很多,但在实际应用中还存在着如检查内容不够全面、难以适应日益丰富及多样化的数据质检需求、检查结果准确性欠佳、效率有待提升、通用性不足、适用范围较窄等问题。针对以上问题,本文以山东省基础地理信息地形要素数据为主要研究对象,结合实际工作中数据质检的需求,设计开发了一套DLG数据质检系统,具有检查全面、效率高、通用性强等特点,实现了对DLG数据的批量自动定制化检查,在属性值域和要素拓扑关系等检查项中,可靠性优于同类软件,能够满足山东省基础地理信息地形要素数据质量检查的需求,也可为其他空间矢量数据的质检工作提供借鉴。Digital Line Graphic(DLG)is the most important and widely used data in basic geographic information.Its quality is directly related to the crrcmness and reliability of analysis and decision-making based on geographic information data.At present,there are a lot of quality inspection systems for DLG Data,but there are still some problems in the practical application,such as the inspection content is not comprehensive enough,it is difficult to adapt to the increasingly rich and diversified data quality inspection needs,the accunacy of inspection resuls is not good,the fficiency needs to be improved,the univesality is insuficient,the scope of application is narrow and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the basic geographic information topographic fiactor data of Shandong Province as the main research object,combined with the requirements of data quality inspection ir pracical work,designs and develops a set of DLG Data quality inspection system,which has the characteristics of comprchensive inspection,high fficiency and strong univesality,and realizes the batch automatic customized inspection of DLG Data.It has better reliability than similar software in checking items such s attibute range and topological relation of elements.It can meet the needs of data quality inspection of topographic elements of basic geographic information in Shandong Province,and can also provide reference for the quality inspection of other space vector data.
