摘　　要：[目的/意义]为实现对区域科技创新环境中新兴技术竞争情报的定量化、规模化、模块化识别,构建面向区域科技创新的新兴技术竞争情报识别框架,为新兴技术竞争情报识别研究和实践提供理论框架支持和方法参考。[方法/过程]设计包含专利型指标和区域创新型指标的区域科技创新新兴技术识别指标体系,弥补现有识别指标面对区域科技创新环境时适用性欠缺的不足;综合利用LDA主题模型、CRITIC法抽取候选新兴技术主题并计算新兴技术综合得分,在此基础上构建面向区域科技创新的新兴技术竞争情报识别框架。[结果/结论]以图像检索领域专利为实证对象,实证结果表明该识别框架可有效识别新兴技术,为区域科技创新主体提供新兴技术竞争情报支持。[Purpose/Significance]In order to realize the quantitative,large-scale and modular identification of e⁃merging technology competitive intelligence in the regional scientific and technological innovation environment,build an e⁃merging technology competitive intelligence identification framework for regional scientific and technological innovation,and provide theoretical framework support and method reference for the research and practice of emerging technology competitive intelligence identification.[Method/Process]The paper designed the identification index system of regional science and technology innovation emerging technology,which included patent index and regional innovation index,to make up for the lack of applicability of the existing identification index in the face of regional science and technology innovation environ⁃ment;The LDA topic model and critical method were used to extract the candidate emerging technology topics and calculate the comprehensive score of emerging technology.On this basis,the emerging technology competitive intelligence identifica⁃tion framework for regional scientific and technological innovation was constructed.[Results/Conclusion]Taking patents in the field of image retrieval as the empirical object,the empirical results show that the recognition framework can effectively identify emerging technologies and provide emerging technology competitive intelligence support for regional scientific and technological innovation entities.
