摘  要:空心电感作为应用广泛的线性磁性元件,绕组损耗的大小会影响功率变换器的发热和性能。分析了高频空心电感绕组交流损耗电阻产生的机理,并提出了一种空心电感绕组损耗电阻定量的测量方法,该测量方法基于直流激励下的二阶欠阻尼振荡电路,其结构简单,成本低、适用于高频测量,通过分析测量电路的工作原理,最后经过实测不同频率的绕组损耗电阻和精密的阻抗分析仪测量结果进行对比,相对误差低于5%,验证了该方法的可行性,有一定的工程意义,为空心电感绕组损耗的测量提供有效的参考。As a widely used linear magnetic element,the winding losses of the air core inductor affect the heat and performance of power converters.The mechanism of the air core inductor winding loss under high frequency is analyzed,and a quantitative measurement method for the loss resistance of the air core inductor winding was proposed.The measurement method is based on the second-order underdamped oscillation circuit under DC excitation,which has a simple and low cost structure.It is suitable for high frequency conditions.The working principle of the measurement circuit is analyzed.Finally,the measured winding loss resistance of different frequencies is compared with the measurement results of precise impedance analyzer,and the relative error was less than 5%,which verified the feasibility of the method.The measurement method has certain engineering significance,and provides an effective reference for the measurement of the winding loss of the air core inductor.
