摘　　要：论文采用案例研究法,调研美国ReShare项目的背景和概况,分析项目运行机制,包括组织管理机制、资金筹措机制、队伍建设机制、系统建设机制和技术重用机制。从5个方面探讨对我国图书馆资源共享系统建设的启示:设置互动环节,挖掘用户需求;加强UI设计,提升用户体验;实行重用策略,提升系统兼容性;促进多方交流,提高自主建设能力;识别参与动机,采取多元激励策略。By using case study method,this paper investigates the background and global overview of American project ReShare,and analyzes the operational mechanism which includes organizational management mechanism,financing mechanism,team building mechanism,system construction mechanism and technology reuse mechanism.It discusses the enlightenment to the construction of library resource sharing system in China from five aspects:set up interactive links and mining user needs;strengthen UI design to improve user experience;implement reuse strategy to improve system compatibility;promote multi-party communications and enhance capacity for independent construction;identify participation motivation and adopt multiple incentive strategies.
