摘  要:心流理论和心流体验是当今积极心理学中的热点议题,文章引入心流理论与心流体验机制,探索高校武术套路教学心流特征,对115名专业武术套路学生进行问卷调查及现场教学观察。研究结果发现:高校武术套路教学有较独特的心流体验特征,男性武术套路学生心流体验倾向性高于女性武术套路学生;不同年级武术套路学生的心流体验存在差异;运动等级越高,武术套路学生的心流体验倾向性越高;不同训练年限,武术套路学生的心流体验倾向性存在差异。因此,得出武术套路学生因性别、运动等级、年级、训练年限的不同所产生的心流体验状态存在差异的结论,填补心流理论在武术套路教学中的研究不足。Heart flow theory and heart flow experience are hot topics in positive psychology.This paper introduces heart flow theory and heart flow experience mechanism to explore the characteristics of heart flow in Wushu Routine Teaching in colleges and universities,and conducts a questionnaire survey and on-site teaching observation on 115 professional Wushu routine students.The results show that the teaching of Wushu routines in Colleges and universities has unique characteristics of heart flow experience.The tendency of heart flow experience of male Wushu routines students is higher than that of female Wushu routines students;There are differences in the heart flow experience of Wushu students in different grades;The higher the level of sports,the higher the tendency of Wushu routine students'heart flow experience;Different training years,Wushu routine students have different tendency of heart flow experience.Therefore,it is concluded that there are differences in the state of heart flow experience of Wushu routine students due to different gender,sports level,grade and training years,which fills the gap in the research of heart flow theory in Wushu routine teaching..
