摘　　要：运动戒毒作为一种新型戒毒康复手段,以其安全、健康、绿色、无副作用的特色被应用得越来越广泛,但其在实践中的作用及机制尚待深入研究。文章采用文献资料法对吸毒成瘾前期、吸毒成瘾期以及戒毒后期,运动干预对吸毒成瘾者影响机制进行研究综述,以期为运动干预在戒毒康复中的具体应用提供理论基础。研究表明:在吸毒前期,运动干预可以通过营造积极向上的运动氛围、转移个体注意力以及提升体质健康状况来降低毒品接触率;在吸毒成瘾期,运动干预一定程度上可以消退吸毒成瘾者的成瘾记忆,同时修复人体自身的奖赏系统,从而提高毒品戒断率,达到戒毒康复的目的;在戒毒后期,运动干预可以有效改善戒毒者的负性情绪,增强自信心,降低毒品复吸率,从而更好地实现再社会化。As a new rehabilitation method,sports detoxification has been applied in practice for its safety,health,green and no side effects.By using the method of literature review,this paper reviews the influence mechanism of exercise intervention on drug addicts in the early stage of drug addiction,the period of drug addiction and the late stage of drug rehabilitation,so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for the specific application of exercise intervention in drug rehabilitation.The results show that:in the early stage of drug abuse,exercise intervention can reduce the drug contact rate by creating a positive sports atmosphere,diverting individual attention and pursuing physical health status;in the drug addiction period,exercise intervention can eliminate the addiction memory of drug addicts to a certain extent,and repair the reward system in the body,so as to improve the drug withdrawal rate and achieve drug rehabilitation In the late stage of drug rehabilitation,exercise intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of drug addicts,enhance self-confidence,reduce the drug relapse rate,so as to better realize the re socialization.
