摘 要:利用外源水杨酸(SA)与脱落酸(ABA)对水稻幼苗进行预处理,通过原子发射光谱法检测预处理后水稻在15%PEG胁迫下其根系大量元素和微量元素含量的变化,探讨SA和ABA预处理对水稻幼苗根系矿质元素的影响。结果表明,在胁迫第6天大量元素P、Ca、K的含量在SA与ABA预处理下均显著高于对照,而Mg含量显著低于对照。胁迫第6天时微量元素Na、Zn含量在SA与ABA预处理下显著低于对照,而Mn、Fe含量显著高于对照;SA预处理下Cu含量在胁迫第6天显著高于对照,ABA预处理下胁迫第2、4天显著高于对照,胁迫第6天与对照无显著差异。对于水稻而言,外源SA和ABA能够有效地影响对矿物元素的吸收来提高其对PEG胁迫的抵抗能力,从而促进幼苗生长。In this study,exogenous salicylic acid(SA)and abscisic acid(ABA)were used to pretreat rice seedlings.The changes of mac-ronutrients and microelement in rice roots after pretreatment of SA and ABA under 15%PEG stress were detected by atomic emission spec-trometry,and the pretreatment effects on mineral elements in rice roots were discussed.The results showed that the contents of P,Ca and K in SA and ABA pretreatment groups were significantly higher than those in control group,while the content of Mg was lower than that in control group.On the 6th day of stress,the contents of Na and Zn were significantly lower than those in the control group under SA and ABA pretreat-ment,while the contents of Mn and Fe were significantly higher than those in the control group.The content of Cu under SA pretreatment was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 6th day of stress,and that under ABA pretreatment on the 2th and 4th days of stress was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference between the 6th day of stress and the control group.For rice,exogenous SA and ABA can effectively affect the absorption of mineral elements to improve its resistance to PEG stress,thereby pro-moting seedling growth.
