摘　　要：[目的]优化疏肝养血健脾复方中药颗粒制剂的生产工艺。[方法]采用单因素试验优化挥发油提取工艺及参数。以总芍药苷含量、固形物含量为指标,采用正交试验优化中药提取工艺。[结果]挥发油最佳提取工艺为加水量为8倍药材重量、浸泡1.5 h、水蒸气蒸馏提取6 h。中药最佳提取工艺为10倍水煎煮2次,每次2 h。[结论]该提取工艺提取效率高、工艺简单、稳定性高,适合大规模生产。[Objective]To optimize the production process of a compound traditional Chinese medicine granule for soothing liver,nourishing blood and strengthening spleen.[Method]The extraction process and parameters of volatile oil were optimized by single factor experimental de-sign.Taking the contents of total paeoniflorin and solid as indexes,the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine was optimized by or-thogonal experiment.[Result]The optimal extraction process of volatile oil was adding water 8 times the weight of medicinal materials,soaking for 1.5 hours,and extracting by steam distillation for 6 hours.The optimal extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine was 10 times water decoction for 2 times,2 h each time.[Conclusion]The established process has high extraction efficiency,simple process and high stability,which is suitable for large-scale production.
