乡村振兴战略背景下农民专业合作社成长策略--以古朗瑶乡金银花合作社为例

摘　　要：在实施乡村振兴战略的大背景下,农民合作社面临新的发展机遇,也肩负着新的历史使命,以广西马山县古朗瑶乡金银花合作社作为案例,分析了该农民专业合作社成长面临的问题。结果表明:利益共享是农民专业合作社合作运行机制的核心,村落文化是合作社持续发展的纽带。合作社应该从最能盈利的业务做起,发挥能人重要作用的同时,必须培育合作社“企业家”。Under the background of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,farmers’cooperatives are facing new development opportuni-ties and shouldering new historical missions.Taking Gulang Yao Township Honeysuckle Cooperative in Mashan County of Guangxi as an exam-ple,this paper discusses the issues of the growth of the farmers’specialized cooperatives.The study finds that developing the farmers’special-ized cooperatives is an effective way to improve the poor villagers’income.The results showed that:Revenue sharing is the core of the opera-tional mechanism of the farmers’specialized cooperatives’cooperation;village culture is the tie of the sustainable development of the coopera-tives;starting from the most profitable business for cooperatives in poverty-stricken areas;playing the importance of able men as well as foste-ring the cooperatives’“entrepreneurs”in cooperatives.
