摘　　要：本硕统筹培养是山西农业大学卓越农林人才培养的重要方式之一,它是依据时代、农林高等教育以及学校学科发展需要而进行的改革。探索了山西农业大学在新农科背景下的本硕统筹培养模式,探讨在这种培养模式下培养卓越农林拔尖创新型人才的素质架构。The overall cultivation of undergraduate and master is one of the important ways of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry ta-lents in Shanxi Agricultural University.It is a reform carried out according to the needs of the times,higher education of agriculture and forest-ry and the development of disciplines in the university.To explore the overall training mode of undergraduate and master degree in Shanxi Agri-cultural University under the background of new agricultural science,and to explore the quality structure of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry top-notch innovative talents under this training mode.
