摘  要:为回收利用废水中的Cu^(2+),通过酸处理和化学改性法制备了新型纤维状海泡石吸附剂。分别考察了酸处理、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)改性对天然海泡石(Sep)表面性质的影响,并用制备的海泡石吸附剂(H-TSep)对水中的Cu^(2+)进行吸附。对改性吸附剂的理化性质进行表征分析,HDTMS能在保持Sep原始晶体结构的情况下对其进行疏水化改性。静态吸附实验结果表明:H-T-Sep对水中Cu^(2+)的吸附过程符合准二级反应动力学模型及Langmuir吸附方程,表明该吸附过程由多种行为控制。H-T-Sep对水中的Cu^(2+)显示出较好的物理-化学吸附性能,吸附速率快,60 min时即可达到吸附平衡,饱和吸附量可达103.42 mg/g;吸附量随Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度的增加而增大,随溶液pH的升高而增加,pH为7时吸附效果最佳。解吸再生实验结果表明,改性海泡石材料H-T-Sep具有较好的再生性能,循环吸附/解吸3次后对水中的Cu^(2+)仍有较高的吸附去除率,有望成为一种有前途的去除水相重金属污染物的吸附剂。In order to recycle Cu^(2+) in wastewater,new fibrous sepiolite adsorbents were prepared by acid treatment and chemical modification methods.The effects of acid treatment and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS)modification on the surface properties of natural sepiolite(Sep)were investigated,and the adsorption behavior of the prepared sepiolite adsorbent(H-T-Sep)on Cu^(2+) in wastewater was explored.The physicochemical properties of the modified adsorbents were characterized and analyzed,and HDTMS was able to modify the hydrophobic properties of Sep while maintaining its original crystal structure.The results of static adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption process of H-T-Sep on Cu^(2+) in water was in accordance with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir adsorption equation,indicating that the adsorption process was controlled by multiple behaviors.H-T-Sep showed good physical-chemical adsorption performance on Cu^(2+) in water,with fast adsorption rate,reaching adsorption equilibrium in 60 minutes and saturation adsorption amount up to 103.42 mg/g.The adsorption amount increased with the increase of the initial mass concentration of Cu^(2+),increased with the increase of solution pH,and the adsorption effect was best at pH 7.The results of desorption and regeneration experiments showed that the modified sepiolite material H-T-Sep had good regeneration performance and still had a high adsorption and removal rate of Cu^(2+)in water after three cycles of adsorption/desorption,which is expected to be a promising adsorbent for the removal of aqueous phase heavy metal pollutants.
