摘  要:临床医学八年制专业是一种全新的办学模式,旨在培养具有医学专业博士学位的高层次、高素质的临床和科研人才。眼科学作为二级学科,具有内容多而杂、专科属性强、发展更新快等特点。然而,在浙江大学医学部八年制的教育模块中,理论课时与临床实习均不足1周的时间。临床实习在医学教育中至关重要,是学生巩固基础知识,培养临床思维的关键阶段,对学生的深造及择业影响颇深。文章针对八年制临床医学的特点,阐述了基于体验式学习理论的教学方式,灵活借鉴师生置换与角色模拟的教学设计,并结合网络微课、多模态数字影像资源等综合方法,以学生兴趣为中心,以实践任务为基础,提高了医学生对于眼科实习的效果与满意度,有助于医学生在短学制内掌握基础知识,实现临床技能的高质量转化。Eight-year clinical medical program is a novel training method,aiming to cultivate high-level and well-qualified doctors and researchers with degree of doctor of medicine.As a secondary clinical discipline,ophthalmology is comprehensive and quickly developing with its own specialized feature.However,there’s less than 1 week of either class hours or internship according to the curriculum of eight-year clinical medical program in Zhejiang University School of Medicine.Internship has a profound influence not only on consolidating basic medical theories and cultivating clinical thinking,but also on students’further study and choice of specialty.Considering the characteristics of eight-year clinical medical program,this article describes an internship design based on experiential teaching theory,via exchange of teachers and students and role simulation teaching methods,companied by online teaching and multi-module digital technology.It is a students’interesting-centered and task-practice-oriented training method,which improves effect and satisfaction with ophthalmology internship,helps medical students master basic knowledge in short-term program and fulfills high-quality transformation of medical theory to clinical practice.
