我国公共图书馆弹幕视频网站应用现状及对策研究——以哔哩哔哩为例

摘　　要：随着新媒体的发展,弹幕视频网站越来越受到年轻一代的青睐,这为公共图书馆资源与服务推广提供了新的平台和途径。哔哩哔哩(bilibili)作为国内最大的弹幕视频网站已经吸引了一批公共图书馆官方账号的入驻。文章采用网络调查法,对国内38家公共图书馆的哔哩哔哩网站账号运营情况进行调研,分析账号的粉丝数量、视频播放量、视频类型以及用户互动等基本情况,总结出目前国内公共图书馆运营哔哩哔哩网站账号过程中出现的问题,提出帮助解决问题的对策。With the development of new media,bullet curtain video websites are increasingly favored by the younger generation,which provides a new platform and way for the promotion of public library resources and services.bilibili,the largest bullet curtai n video website in China,has attracted a number of official accounts of public libraries.Using the method of network investigation,this paper investigates the operation of bilibili website accounts of 38 public libraries in China,analyzes the basic situation of the number of fans,video playback,video types and user interaction ofthe accounts,summarizes the problems in the operation of bilibili website accounts in domestic public libraries at present,and puts forward countermeasures to help solve the problems.
