摘　　要：文章从情报介入视角出发,研究突发公共卫生事件政府应急管理具有重大现实意义。借助CiteSpace软件,对我国应急情报管理领域的已有研究进行可视化分析,从事前感知、事中应对、事后管理3个阶段入手,提出政府应急管理情报需求概念,强调情报介入的价值,分析政府应急管理中的情报失灵现象。提出加强情报监测预警、大数据技术促进情报融合应用、注重情报协同共享等建议。From the perspective of information intervention,it is of great practical significance to study the government emergency management of public health emergencies.With the help of CiteSpace software,this paper makes a visual analysis of the existing research in the field of emergency information management in China,starting from the three stages of pre-perception,in-process response and post management,puts forward the concept of government emergency management information demand,emphasizes the value of information intervention,and analyzes the phenomenon of information failure in government emergency management.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening information monitoring and early warning,promoting the application of information fusion with big data technology,and paying attention to information collaboration and sharing.
