摘　　要：目的通过对上海市黄浦区肺结核疫情相关信息的分析,梳理出影响肺结核发病的相关因素,以指导以后防控工作的开展。方法采用生态学研究方法分析黄浦区2013—2020年肺结核(含结核性胸膜炎)的流行特征和发病趋势。结果黄浦区常住人口2013—2020年肺结核(含结核性胸膜炎)的平均发病率为31.48/105,呈逐年下降趋势。本市户籍老年人口(≥50岁)和青壮年流动人口(20~54岁)的发病率较高。病例中的离退休、家政家务及待业、不详与其他占比最高。有13%的患者与其他患者共住同一门牌号。4月和9月是两个发病报告高峰。结论建议国家应给予结核病定点医院一定的政策扶持,延长肺结核患者的住院时限。Objective To sort out the relevant factors affecting the incidence of tuberculosis by analyzing the information related to the tuberculosis epidemic in Huangpu District of Shanghai,so as to guide the future prevention and control work.Methods The epidemiological characteristics and incidence trend of tuberculosis(including tuberculous pleurisy)in Huangpu District from 2013 to 2020 were analyzed by ecological research methods.Results From 2013 to 2020,the average incidence rate of tuberculosis(including tuberculous pleurisy)in the permanent population of Huangpu District was 31.48/105,showing a downward trend year by year.The incidence rate of the elderly population with registered residence(≥50 years old)and the young and middle-aged floating population(20-54 years old)in the city were relatively high.Among the cases,retirees,domestic workers and unemployed,unknown,and others accounted for the highest proportion.The proportion of patients who shared the same brand with other patients was 13%.April and September were the two peak months of incidence reports.Conclusion It is suggested that the state should give some policy support to the designated hospitals of tuberculosis and extend the hospitalization time of tuberculosis patients.
