摘 要:目的探究食管癌患者在护理中接受家庭健康教育对其生活质量的影响。方法将某院收治的64例食管癌患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组32例。干预组给予家庭健康教育,对照组接受常规健康教育。对两组患者的食管癌相关知识掌握情况、治疗依从性、生活质量以及护理满意度情况进行对比分析。结果干预后,干预组患者的食管癌相关知识掌握情况和治疗依从性均好于对照组(P<0.05)。倍差法检验发现,干预组患者生活质量的改善程度优于对照组。干预组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在食管癌患者护理中施行家庭健康教育干预,能够提升患者对其病情相关知识的掌握度,提升其治疗依从性,且能够提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of family health education on the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with esophageal cancer in a hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The intervention group received family health education,while the control group received routine health education.The mastery of esophageal cancer related knowledge,treatment compliance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the knowledge and treatment compliance of patients with esophageal cancer in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Difference in Differences(DID)test found that the improvement of quality of life in the intervention group was better than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family health education intervention in the nursing of esophageal cancer patients can improve the patients’mastery of the relevant knowledge of their condition,improve their treatment compliance,and improve the quality of life of patients.
