摘　　要：文章基于中国互联网联合辟谣平台新冠主题内容的文本分析,结合文献调研,描述了信息疫情和信息失序的现状,从概念逻辑和文献分析的角度提出“信息失序”是一个合理的关于信息混乱状态的涵盖性术语;基于图书馆的实践和使命,提出图书馆可从可信资源建设、媒介信息素养教育和资源服务可及性三个方面参与对信息失序的治理。Based on the text analysis of the content of COVID-19 theme on the China Internet Joint Platform to Refute Rumors,combined with literature research,this article describes the current situation of the infodemic and information disorder.From the perspective of conceptual logic and literature analysis,it proposes that"information disorder"is a reasonable and inclusive term for information chaos.Based on the practice and mission of the library,it proposes that the library can participate in the governance of information disorder from three aspects:credible resource construction,media information literacy education and resource service accessibility.
