摘　　要：高等教育治理环境变化和用户多样化信息需求,带来高校图书馆多元化素养教育的变革和发展。文章运用政策分析法,指出了高校图书馆多元化素养教育引发的系统性变革的表现和属性特征,提出了高校图书馆多元化素养教育的结构模型;运用案例研究法,讨论了北京联合大学图书馆服务育人、文化育人和创新实践三位一体的多元化素养教育实践,并基于此构建了高校图书馆多元化素养教育体系的实践驱动模型。The reform of higher education governance environment and the diversified information needs of users have brought about the reform and development of diversified literacy education in university libraries.Through policy analysis method,this paper analyzes the manifestation and attribute characteristics of systematic change caused by the diversified literacy education of university library,and puts forward a structural model of the diversified literacy education of university library.It also discusses the diversified literacy education practice of the trinity of service education,cultural education and innovative practice in Library of Beijing Union University through case study method,and forms a practice driven model of diversified literacy education system.
