摘　　要：On May 26,CIIS President Xu Bu attended the opening ceremony of the 17th meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)Forum online and delivered a speech.The meeting was hosted by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and featured keynote speeches by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov and SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming.
