摘  要:随着分布式能源大规模接入电网,接入电力网络的信息呈多元化趋势发展。为解决分布式能源调峰调频控制信息时延保障的问题,提出了一种基于模糊均值聚类的调峰调频信息控制方法。首先,对分布式能源信息进行聚类,并对分布式能源按控制、信息类划分传输优先级。其次,建立多个网段的流量协作控制单元,对区域网络进行统一控制。然后,通过边缘计算判断当前网段节点流量数据是否越限,对超过流量阈值的信息类数据进行流量卸载,降低调峰调频信息的传输时延。最后,在某区域配电网进行实例验证。该方法的数据分析准确率平均为99.7%,高于四阶累积量方法。其运行结果验证了该方法的有效性。With the large-scale access of distributed energy sources to the power grid,the access to power network information is developing in a diversified trend.To solve the problem of distributed energy peaking and frequency control information delay guarantee,a peaking and frequency information control method based on fuzzy mean clustering is proposed.Firstly,the distributed energy information is clustered,and the distributed energy is divided into transmission priorities by control and information classes.Secondly,the collaborative traffic control unit of multiple network segments is established to unify the control of the regional network.Then,edge computing is used to determine whether the current network segment node traffic data crosses the limit,and traffic offloading is performed for information class data exceeding the traffic threshold to reduce the transmission delay of peak and frequency regulation information numbers.Finally,the example is verified in a regional distribution network.The data analysis accuracy of the method is 99.7%on average,which is higher than that of the fourth-order cumulative quantity method.Its operation results verify the effectiveness of the method.
