摘  要:以惠州市潼湖科技创新小镇的铜铟镓硒建筑光伏一体化(CIGS-BIPV)示范项目为例,对该示范项目中示范建筑不同朝向立面上的铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜光伏组件在夏季、冬季典型日的发电量特点和变化规律进行分析,结果显示:1)初夏的5月12日,安装在东南侧、西南侧、东北侧的CIGS薄膜光伏组件的日发电量大体相当,西南侧安装的CIGS薄膜光伏组件与东南侧、东北侧安装的CIGS薄膜光伏组件的日发电量曲线大致呈镜像关系。2)初冬的11月22日,安装在东南侧、西南侧的CIGS薄膜光伏组件的日发电量大体相当,均是安装在东北侧的CIGS薄膜光伏组件的约3倍。3)安装在东南侧、西南侧的CIGS薄膜光伏组件在11月22日的高效率发电时长高于其在5月12日的,发电量更大;安装在东北侧的CIGS薄膜光伏组件在5月12日的发电量是在11月22日的2.5倍。该研究结果可为采用薄膜光伏组件的BIPV项目和低纬度沿海地区的光电建筑应用提供借鉴。This paper takes the copper indium gallium selenide building integrated PV(CIGS-BIPV)demonstration project in Tonghu Science and Technology Innovation Town,Huizhou City as an example.The power generation characteristics and changing laws of CIGS thin film PV modules installed on the facades of demonstration buildings on typical days in summer and winter are analyzed.The results show that:1)On May 12 in early summer,the daily power generation of CIGS thin film PV modules installed on the southeast,southwest and northeast sides is roughly the same,and the daily power generation curve is roughly mirror-image relationship.2)On November 22 in early winter,the daily power generation of CIGS thin film PV modules installed on the southeast and southwest is roughly the same,which is about 3 times that of the CIGS thin film PV modules installed in the northeast.3)For the CIGS thin film PV modules installed on the southeast and southwest sides,its high-efficient power generation duration on November 22 is longer than on May 12,and the power generation is greater;and for the CIGS thin film PV modules installed on the northeast side,the power generation on May 12 is 2.5 times that on November 22.The research results can provide reference for BIPV projects using thin film PV modules and PV building applications in low-latitude coastal areas.
