摘 要:本文基于2005—2018年省际面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型实证分析了创新型人力资本对中国经济高质量发展的影响。结果表明:就全国范围而言,创新型人力资本不仅对本地经济高质量发展具有显著的促进作用,而且通过空间溢出促进邻近地区的经济高质量发展;分区域来看,东部、中部、西部地区创新型人力资本对经济高质量发展的直接效应呈现出阶梯型递减特征;在经济差距权重下,东部地区创新型人力资本对经济高质量的空间溢出效应最强,中部次之,西部最小,而在地理距离权重下,创新型人力资本的空间溢出效应由东向西逐渐增强。Based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2018,the spatial Durbin model is used to empirically analyze the impact of innovative human capital on the high-quality development of China's economy.The results show that on a national scale,innovative human capital not only plays a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of the local economy,but also promotes the high-quality economic development of neighboring regions through spatial spillover.The direct effect of innovative human capital on high-quality economic development presents a ladder-like decreasing characteristic from eastern to central and western regions.Under the weight of economic disparity,the spatial spillover effect of innovative human capital on high-quality economic development is the strongest in the eastern region,followed by the central region,and the smallest in the western region.Under the distance weight,the spatial spillover effect of innovative human capital gradually increases from the eastern to western region.
