摘 要:2016年起,我国正式实施全国月度劳动力调查,而样本量确定是抽样调查方案设计的重要内容。常规的劳动力调查抽样方案设计,以失业率为控制指标,基于失业率的精度要求等计算初始样本量。劳动力调查除了关注失业率,还应关注劳动参与率,这就构成了多控制指标,探讨多控制指标下如何确定劳动力调查的初始样本量,是非常必要且有意义的。本文针对多控制指标下的抽样问题,提出了一种初始样本量确定的方法,为我国新一轮劳动力调查抽样方案设计提供参考。Since 2016,China has officially implemented the national monthly labor force survey,and the determination of the sample size is an important content in the design of the sampling survey scheme.The conventional sampling scheme design of labor force survey takes the unemployment rate as the control indicator and calculates the initial sample size based on the accuracy requirements of the unemployment rate.In addition to the unemployment rate,the labor force survey should also pay attention to the labor participation rate,which brings multiple control indicators.It is necessary and meaningful to explore how to determine the initial sample size of the labor force survey with multiple control indicators.Aiming at the sampling problem with multiple control indicators,this paper puts forward a method to determine the initial sample size,which provides reference for the sampling scheme design of a new round of labor force survey in China.
