中国碳达峰碳中和与能源发展战略的认识与思考

摘　　要：碳达峰碳中和是建设具有中国特色社会主义强国大业的重要战略目标之一。中国现代能源体系的要求是“清洁、低碳、安全、高效”,其中能源安全关乎国家安全。开展碳达峰碳中和与能源发展战略研究,已成为中国能源科技工作者面前的重要任务。通过碳达峰与碳中和战略及路径研究、“双碳”目标下的能源战略、建设能源强国等多个项目的研究,得出碳达峰碳中和研究的基本理念、基本认识、数据预测、情景分析、实现路径和战略举措。Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is one of the important strategic goals of building a great socialist country with Chinese characteristics.The requirements of China modern energy system are“clean,low-carbon,safe and efficiency”,among which energy security is about national security.It has been an important task for Chinese energy scientists to carry out researches on strategies of carbon peaking,carbon neutrality and energy development.Through the researches of the strategy and path of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,energy strategy under the“double carbon”goal,building energy power and other projects,it is obtained the basic concepts,basic understandings,data prediction,scenario analysis,implementation paths and strategic measures of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality research.
