慢性心力衰竭患者心脏再同步治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-1和IL-27水平变化的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性心力衰竭患者心脏再同步治疗前后血清TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子α)、IL-1(白细胞介素1)和IL-27(白细胞介素27)的水平变化情况。方法根据随机数表法,将2018年5月至2021年4月在本院救治慢性心力衰竭80例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用常规药物结合心脏再同步治疗。比较两组患者炎性因子水平、超声心动图参数以及临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组TNF-α以及IL-1水平低于对照组,IL-27水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVEF(左心室射血分数)以及LVEDD(左室舒张末期内径)均高于对照组,LVMI(左室质量指数)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏再同步治疗后,慢性心力衰竭患者炎性因子水平以及超声心动图参数得到有效改善,治疗效果良好。Objective To analyze serum TNF in patients with chronic heart failure before and after cardiac resynchronization treatment-α(tumor necrosis factorα),Changes in the levels of IL-1(interleukin-1)and IL-27(interleukin-27).Methods according to the random number table method,80 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2021 were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs combined with cardiac resynchronization.The levels of inflammatory factors,echocardiographic parameters and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results TNF in the observation group after treatment-αThe level of IL-1 was lower than that of the control group,and the level of IL-27 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)and LVEDd(left ventricular end diastolic diameter)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and LVMI(left ventricular mass index)was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion after cardiac resynchronization treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and echocardiographic parameters in patients with chronic heart failure were effectively improved,and the treatment effect was good.
