摘　　要：目的 探讨临床药师在成人法洛四联症患者围手术期进行药学监护的重要性。方法 临床药师参与1例成人法洛四联症患者围手术期药物治疗方案讨论、制定与调整,并为患者提供个体化全程药学监护。结果 临床药师优化了药物治疗方案,尽可能减少了药物不良反应的发生。结论 临床药师对法洛四联症患者围手术期进行全程药学监护,有利于患者用药的安全、合理、有效,对于患者的转归具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the importance of clinical pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical care during perioperative period in adult tetralogy of Fallot.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the discussion,performance and adjustment of perioperative treatment regimen for an adult tetralogy of Fallot,and provide individualized pharmaceutical care for the patient during the whole treatment.Results Clinical pharmacists were involved in clinical medication,the drug treatment program was optimized,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was minimized.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists carry out the whole-process pharmaceutical care for patients with tetralogy of Fallot during the perioperative period,which is conducive to the safety,rationality and effectiveness of patients′medication,and is of great significance to the outcome of patients.
