摘　　要：变应原特异性免疫治疗是唯一的病因治疗,可以改变变应性疾病的免疫进程。舌下特异性免疫治疗是一种新型的免疫治疗方式。其具有操作简单、安全、有效等优点,是近年来的首选方案。大量的临床研究证实,舌下特异性免疫治疗对过敏性哮喘和变应性鼻炎患者安全、有效。现就舌下特异性免疫治疗在呼吸道变应性疾病中的免疫机制、疗效、安全性、依从性、免疫佐剂、药物进行综述。Allergen-specific immunotherapy is the only etiological treatment that can change the immune process of allergic diseases.Sublingual specific immunotherapy is a new type of immunotherapy.Due to its simple operation,safety,and effectiveness,it has become the first choice in recent years.A large number of clinical studies have confirmed the safety and effectiveness of sublingual specific immunotherapy for patients with allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis.This article summarizes the immune mechanism,efficacy,safety,compliance,immune adjuvants,and drugs of sublingual specific immunotherapy for respiratory allergic diseases in recent years.
