摘  要:新风空调噪音问题是开发过程中常见的问题,本文针对家用新风空调常见的共振噪音及电磁噪音进机理分析,并提出风叶固频优化和电机结构优化的方案,为解决类似问题提供了方向和思路。基于以上优化方案,验证结果表明,对应频段噪音峰值可降低10 dB(A)以上,噪音音质得到改善。The noise problem of fresh air conditioning is a common problem in the development process.This paper analyzes the mechanism of common resonance noise and electromagnetic noise of fresh air conditioning,and puts forward the optimization schemes of blade fixed frequency and motor structure,which provides direction and ideas for solving similar problems.Based on the above optimization scheme,the verification results show that the noise peak of the corresponding frequency band can be reduced by more than 10 dB(A),and the noise sound quality can be significantly improved.
