摘  要:随着船舶监测系统的普及,渔船轨迹数据的获取更加方便,如何从数量庞大的渔船轨迹中挖掘渔船捕捞的热点区域和捕捞规律成为当前研究的重要问题。以南海沿岸区域的渔船轨迹为研究对象,采用GScan算法对轨迹进行聚类,进行渔船捕捞热点区域挖掘,提升计算效率并考虑到了热点区域大小的伸缩性问题。实验将海上航行区域分割为单元格网并设定好格网的热点密度阈值;再将渔船轨迹点映射到格网中,并根据热点密度阈值进行热点格网的过滤;最后对过滤后的可达格网进行合并。通过对比试验选取出合适的热点密度阈值和网格单元大小两个参数,得到南海沿岸海域热点捕捞区,并结合季节变化规律进一步分析渔民的捕捞作业和渔船异常抛锚分布特征。With the popularization of ship monitoring systems,the acquisition of fishing boat trajectory data has become more convenient.How to dig out the hot spots and fishing rules of fishing boats from the huge number of fishing boat trajectories has become an important issue of research.This paper takes the trajectory of fishing boats along the coast of the South China Sea as the research object,and uses the GScan algorithm to cluster the trajectories to mine fishing hotspots,which improves the calculation efficiency and takes into account the scalability of the hotspots.The experiment divides the maritime navigation area into cell grids and sets the grid’s hotspot density threshold.Then it maps the fishing boat trajectory points to the grid,and filters the hotspot grid according to the hotspot density threshold,after which the Dagnet is merged.Two parameters,the appropriate hotspot density threshold and grid cell size,are selected through comparative experiments to obtain hotspot fishing areas along the coast of the South China Sea,and combined with seasonal changes to further analyze the distribution characteristics of fishermen’s fishing operations and abnormal anchoring of fishing vessels.
