基于工作搜寻理论的后疫情时代高校毕业生高质量就业策略探析

摘　　要：后疫情时代下,我国结构性就业矛盾仍然突出,高校毕业生劳动力市场也面临着新的不确定性和挑战,高质量就业是化解高校毕业生新就业困境,实现“稳就业”工作的重中之重。近年来,基于工作搜寻理论分析高校毕业生就业现状、进行就业路径探索引起国内外学者们的高度重视。该文在借鉴和运用工作搜寻理论的基础上,从政府、企业、高校和学生四个方面提出就业对策,旨为促进高校毕业生实现高质量就业。In the post-epidemic era,China's structural employment contradictions are still prominent,and the labor market of college graduates is also faced with new uncertainties and challenges.High quality employment is the top priority to resolve the difficulties of new employment of college graduates and to achieve"stable employment".In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have attached great importance to analyzing the current employment situation of college graduates and exploring the employment path based on the theory of job search.On the basis of referencing and applying the theory of job search,this paper puts forward employment countermeasures from four aspects of government,enterprises,universities and students in order to promote college graduates to achieve high quality employment.
