摘　　要：“新工科+工程认证+双一流”多重目标要求的背景下,地方高校传统工科如何转型、升级,满足工程认证,提升影响力和竞争力是学科发展面临的重要问题。该文大幅度优化卓越工程师培养体系,构建以科研任务为依托的实践教学方案,新增数个实习基地,实践校外顶岗毕业设计模式,深化校内专职教师和校外兼职教师共同指导实践教学的实践教学模式,探索以潜在就业单位或深造留学为目标的毕业实习模式,建设和完善生产实习课程在线学习平台,探索内容差异化和评价规范化的生产实习模式。Under the background of multi-objective requirements of"new engineering+engineering certification+double first-class",the transform and upgrading the traditional engineering courses in local colleges and universities,meeting the engineering certification and enhancing the influence and competitiveness are important problems faced by the discipline development.This papar shows the training system for outstanding engineers has been greatly optimized,a practical teaching scheme based on scientific research tasks has been constructed,several practice bases have been added,the graduation design mode of fixed posts outside the school has been practiced,and the practical teaching mode in which full-time teachers and part-time teachers outside the school jointly guide practical teaching has been deepened.The study explored the graduation practice mode aiming at potential employment units or further study abroad,built and improved the online learning platform of production practice courses,and explored the production practice mode of content differentiation and standardized evaluation.
