摘  要:以银行数字化转型为视角,采用文本信息分析法从产品创新、渠道创新和流程创新三个维度度量了数字技术驱动的中间业务创新,实证检验了中间业务创新对银行盈利能力的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:中间业务产品创新有利于提高银行盈利能力,而且银行规模和跨区域经营会对其产生差异性影响;中间业务产品创新主要通过缓解银行资本约束和优化收入结构促进银行盈利能力提升;中间业务渠道创新和中间业务流程创新对银行盈利能力具有正向调节效应。This paper selected banks’digital transformation as the viewing angle,and adopted the text information analysis method to measure the intermediary business innovation driven by digital technologies from three dimensions of product innovation,channel innovation and process innovation.Then the paper empirically tested the impact and its influencing mechanism of intermediary business innovation on bank profitability.It was found that intermediary business product innovation was beneficial to the improvement of bank profitability,where bank size and cross-regional operation would exert a differential influence.The channels of the promotion effect of intermediary business product innovation included alleviating bank capital constraints and optimizing income structure.Meanwhile,intermediate business channel innovation and intermediate business process innovation both had a positive moderating effect on bank profitability.
