摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期糖代谢异常对分娩结局及对围产儿的影响。方法:选取远安县妇幼保健院2018年1月-2022年1月收治的110例妊娠期糖代谢异常孕产妇作为观察组,同时收集同期糖代谢无异常孕产妇400例作为对照组。比较两组孕产妇分娩方式及围产儿结局。结果:观察组顺产率低于对照组,阴道助产、剖宫产率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇妊娠高血压综合征、念珠菌性阴道炎发生率均高于对照组,围产儿巨大儿发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖代谢异常孕产妇的分娩方式以剖宫产为主,且巨大儿的发生率较高,临床应予以重视。Objective:To explore the influence of abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy on delivery outcome and perinatal outcome.Methods:A total of 110 pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy treated in Yuan’an County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were collected as the observation group.At the same time,400 pregnant women without abnormal glucose metabolism were collected as the control group.The delivery methods of pregnant women and perinatal outcomes between the groups were compared.Results:The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rates of vaginal midwifery and cesarean section were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of pregnancy-induced hypertension and candidal vaginitis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of perinatal macrosomia was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cesarean section is the main delivery mode of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy,and the incidence of macrosomia is high,which should be paid attention in clinical.
