艾灸结合摩腹治疗中风后遗症期气虚型便秘患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中风后遗症期气虚型便秘患者实施艾灸结合摩腹治疗的效果。方法:选取长沙市中医医院针灸康复科收治的中风后遗症期气虚型便秘患者60例,利用整群随机化分组法分为两组,各30例。常态组患者实施常规治疗方法,科研组患者在常态组基础上开展艾灸结合摩腹治疗。对比分析两组排便有效时间、排便显效时间、临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果:科研组患者排便有效、显效时间均短于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。科研组治疗总有效率高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。科研组患者治疗后中医证候积分均低于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸结合摩腹治疗中风后遗症期气虚型便秘,能够明显缩短患者排便有效、显效时间,提高治疗效果,推广应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with abdominal rubbing of Qi-deficiency constipation in the sequelae of stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with Qi-deficiency constipation in the sequelae of stroke who were admitted to Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Rehabilitation,Changsha Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.Using the cluster randomization grouping method,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the normal group were treated with conventional treatment methods,and patients in the scientific research group were treated with moxibustion and abdominal rubbing on the basis of the normal group.The effective defecation time,the markedly effective defecation time,the clinical efficacy and the TCM syndrome score in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The effective defecation time and markedly effective time of the patients in the scientific research group were shorter than those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the scientific research group was higher than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the scientific research group were lower than those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with abdominal rubbing to treat Qi-deficiency constipation in the sequelae of stroke can significantly shorten the effective defecation time and markedly effective time,improve the treatment effect,and have higher promotion and application value.
