中医外科护理在血栓外痔剥离术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨为血栓外痔剥离术后患者开展中医外科护理的价值。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月山东省烟台市栖霞市中医医院外科收治的需实施血栓外痔剥离术患者122例,根据护理方案的不同分为两组,各61例。对照组实施常规护理措施,试验组实施中医外科护理措施。比较两组患者症状好转时间、不良反应发生率及护理前后的心理状态。结果:试验组水肿、疼痛及创面好转时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,试验组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对血栓外痔剥离术后患者实施中医外科护理措施,可快速改善患者身体不适症状,缓解机体疼痛,提高其日常生活水平。Objective:To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) surgical nursing for patients after dissection of thrombosed external hemorrhoids.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,122 patients who were admitted to Department of Surgery,Qixia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Yantai City,Shandong Province and required the dissection of thrombosed external hemorrhoids were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing programs,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was given TCM surgical nursing measures.The symptom improvement time,the incidence of adverse reactions and the psychological state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of edema,pain and wound surface in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of TCM surgical nursing measures for patients after dissection of thrombosed external hemorrhoids can quickly improve the patients’ physical discomfort,relieve body pain,and improve their daily life level.
