摘　　要：目的:探讨区域医联体模式下实施血液透析双向转诊对患者就医体验的影响。方法:依托江苏省苏北人民医院肾内科医联体,选取6家乡镇卫生院,作为血液透析患者双向转诊基层医疗机构,帮扶基层医疗机构建立血液净化中心和人才培养,分析转诊管理效果和患者就医体验。结果:2016年7月-2020年1月,帮扶建立6家乡镇卫生院血液净化中心。患者对双向转诊流程顺畅度评价为流畅和非常流畅占90.0%;对双向转诊就医满意度评价为满意和非常满意占93.4%;对就医便捷度评价为便捷和非常便捷占90.0%。结论:区域医联体模式下建立和实施血液透析患者双向转诊制度切实可行,能改善患者就医体验。Objective:To explore the effect of two-way referral of hemodialysis on patients’ medical experience under regionalmedical alliance mode.Methods:Relying on the medical alliance of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital in Jiangsu Province,sixtownship hospitals were selected as primary medical institutions for two-way referral of hemodialysis patients to help primarymedical institutions build blood purification centers and personnel training.The referral management effects and patients’ medicalexperience were analyzed.Results:From July 2016 to January 2020,blood purification centers in six township hospitals werebuilt.90.0% of patients rated the smoothness of the two-way referral process as smooth and very smooth;93.4% of patients ratedthe two-way referral medical treatment satisfaction as satisfied and very satisfied;and 90.0% of patients rated the convenience ofmedical treatment as convenient and very convenient.Conclusion:It is feasible to establish and implement the two-way referralsystem for hemodialysis patients under the regional medical alliance mode,and it can also improve the medical experience ofpatients.
