摘  要:目的:探讨噪声作业人员职业健康检查及职业性噪声聋诊断的衔接问题。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年4月72例接受检查的噪声作业人员,随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组受检者接受纯音测听,观察组受检者接受40 Hz听觉诱发电位检测,分析两组检查结果。结果:观察组不同单耳语频听力阈值检查结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组单耳语频损伤检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对噪声作业人员实施职业健康检查时,采取40 Hz听觉诱发电位检测的方式能够对其单耳语频损伤问题进行精确反馈,将其与纯音测听的方式相结合,能够进一步实现对职业性噪声聋的客观诊断。Objective:To explore the connection between occupational health examination of noise workers and occupational noise deafness diagnosis.Methods:A total of 72 noise workers who received an examination from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to a random lottery grouping method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received pure tone audiometry and the observation group received 40 Hz auditory evoked potential test.The examination results of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The examination results at different single whisper frequency hearing thresholds in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of the single whisper frequency injury in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When performing occupational health examinations for noise workers,the 40 Hz auditory evoked potential test method can provide more accurate feedback on the single whisper frequency injury.Combining this test with pure tone audiometry can further realize the objective diagnosis of occupational noise deafness.
