摘　　要：目的:设计并实现一款支持多项目集中预约的多渠道医院综合检查预约智能管理系统,以节省患者就医成本和时间,提高检查预约效率。方法:基于.Net框架,采用面向浏览器的浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构模式,设计并实现多渠道综合检查预约智能管理系统。系统客户端使用Winform程序,服务端使用Webservice接口与医院信息系统(HIS)、医学影像系统(PACS)等业务系统进行交互。结果:多渠道医院综合检查预约智能管理系统支持多种检查项目不同模式的排班需求,临床科室和预约中心可利用系统方便快速地为患者预约号源,2021年预约数量达89万人次,智慧预约率持续保持97%以上,年平均预约取消率低于8%。结论:多渠道综合医院检查预约智能管理系统能够有效缩短患者预约流程,提升预约号源利用率,提高检查预约效率。Objective:To design and realize an intelligent management system with appointment function for multi-channel comprehensive examination of hospital,which could support centralized appointment of multi-project,so as to save the human resource cost and the time of patients,and to increase efficiency of examination appointment.Methods:The system adopted the Browser/Service(B/S)architecture that faced to browser on the basis of.Net frame to design and realize the intelligent management system with appointment function for multi-channel comprehensive examination.The client port of this system used Winform program,and service port of that used Webservice port to interact with the series of business systems included hospital information system(HIS),picture archiving and communication systems(PACS)and other medical systems.Results:The intelligent management system with appointment function for multi-channel comprehensive examination could support the requirements of scheduling with different modes of multi examination items.And clinical department and appointment center could use this system to conveniently and rapidly appoint registration for patients.In 2021,the number of people with appointment reached 890,000,and intelligent appointment rate was continuously maintained above 97%,and the cancel rate of appointment of annual mean was lower than 8%.Conclusion:The intelligent management system with appointment function for multi-channel comprehensive examination can effectively shorten the appointment process for patients and improve the utilization rate of appointing registration.Besides,it can also improve the efficiency of appointing examination.
