摘　　要：目的:解析有关公立医院高质量发展国家文件,探讨医学装备技术管理需要做出的响应。方法:在中国政府网、国家政府部门网站及中国知网(CNKI)数据平台检索样本文献,在文献复习基础上,提取其中与医学装备技术管理相关要素词进行分析,生成文件相关要素词-医学装备技术管理需做出响应矩阵。结果:国家文件制定的高质量发展评价指标多与医学装备技术管理相关或不同程度相关,拟合提出医学装备技术管理响应建议措施。结论:医学装备安全有效应用是医院高质量发展的技术保障,医学装备管理或临床工程部门应积极做出响应,率先启动高质量发展行动。要坚持基层党建引领,精准对标文件评价指标要求,构建医学装备技术管理高质量发展指数体系,着力落实响应措施和指标,为医院高质量发展提供技术支撑。Objective:To analyze the national documents related to the high-quality development of public hospitals and explore the response to the technology management of medical equipment.Methods:Relevant documents were searched on the websites of relevant institutions of national government and CNKI data platform.On the basis of literature review,the key elements related to medical equipment technology management were extracted and analyzed to generate the response matrix of document key elements-medical equipment technology management.Results:Most of the high-quality development evaluation parameters formulated by the national documents were related to the technology management of medical equipment or to different degrees,and the response measures were proposed by fitting.Conclusion:The safe and effective application of medical equipment is the technical guarantee for the high-quality development of the hospitals.The medical equipment or clinical engineering department should actively respond and take the synchronous in initiating the high-quality development action.It is necessary to adhere to the guidance of grass-roots Party building,establish a high-quality development parameter system for medical equipment technology management according to the evaluation parameter requirements of the documents,precisely implement the responsing parameters and measures,and provide technical support for the high-quality development of the hospital.
