摘　　要：随着生物医学和医疗技术水平的不断发展,外来医疗器械种类越来越多,在外科手术中使用日益广泛。外来医疗器械的清洗、消毒及灭菌工作和医院管理与医院感染息息相关。根据国内外行业标准和指南,综述外来医疗器械管理,展望其清洗、消毒及灭菌流程的发展,为外来医疗器械进一步规范管理提供参考依据。With the continuing development of biomedicine and medical technology,more and more types of loaner medical instrumentation have been widely used in surgery.Cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of the loaner medical instrumentation are closely related to the hospital management and nosocomial infections.According to the industry standards and guidelines at home and abroad,the management of loaner medical instrumentation was summaried,and the development of the procedures of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization was prospected so as to provide a reference basis for further standardizing the management of loaner medical instrumentation.
