摘　　要：利用脉冲超声原理研制一种管腔器械预处理装置,应用于医院人流吸引管术后预处理,以解决管腔器械使用后未能及时有效预处理问题,避免有机污染物在管腔内壁干涸,提高清洗质量。选取医院产科门诊行人工流产术后的人流吸引管200支,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100支,对照组采用流动自来水冲洗处理,观察组采用管腔预处理装置处理,两组人流吸引管使用后均在使用科室放置3 h再由供应室集中回收统一清洗消毒,包装前应用隐血试验、残留蛋白检测以及白色通条检查的3种方法判断管腔清洗质量,观察组3种清洗质量检测方法的人流吸引管管腔清洗质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=11.424,x^(2)=9.786,x^(2)=10.526;P<0.05)。管腔预处理装置将器械预处理的地点和时间前移至诊疗室,器械使用与处理无缝隙衔接,利用手术完成时血污物粘附松散的最佳预处理时机,在脉冲冲洗和超声清洗叠加功能与最强清洗剂效果作用下及时有效去除污染物,从而提高清洗质量,保障灭菌效果,保证可复用管腔器械安全。In order to solve the problem of timely and effective pretreatment of lumen instruments after use,and to prevent the organic pollutants from drying up on the inner wall of the lumen,a pretreatment device for lumen instrument was developed based on the pulse principle,which was applied to the postoperative pretreatment of induced abortion suction tubes in the hospital to improve the cleaning quality.A total of 200 abortion suction tubes after induced abortion in the obstetric outpatient department of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 100 tubes in each group.The control group was rinsed with running tap water,and the observation group was treated with lumen pretreatment device.The suction tubes in both groups were placed in the using department for 3 hours,and then collected by the supply department for unified cleaning and disinfection.The quality of lumen cleaning was judged before packaging by 3 methods of occult blood test,residual protein detection and white strip inspection.The cleaning quality of the suction tube lumen of the three cleaning quality detection methods in the observation group was better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=11.424,x^(2)=9.786,x^(2)=10.526;P<0.05).The lumen pretreatment device moved the location and time of instruments pretreatment to the diagnosis and treatment room,so that the using and treatment of the instruments could be carried out seamlessly.By taking advantage of the best pretreatment opportunity of loose adhesion of blood and contaminants at the end of the operation,the contaminants can be removed timely and effectively under the action of the superimposed functions of pulse rinsing and ultrasonic rinsing and the strongest rinsing agent,so as to finally improve the rinsing quality,ensure the sterilization effect,and ensure the safety of reusable lumen instruments.
