摘 要:筛选不同根系结构的水稻品种在苗期和成株期的镉胁迫耐受能力,以期探究根系对水稻吸收转运重金属镉的影响.实验结果表明,在0~3μmol·L^(-1)浓度范围内,镉对苗期水稻生长影响不大,对成株期结实率影响明显;成株期水稻各器官对重金属富集能力存在显著差异,以根>茎>叶>籽粒的顺序递减;根系越发达的品种对镉的吸收蓄积能力越强,但是不同品种因为镉外排能力差异而表现为镉在体内积累不同.Rice varieties with different root structure were screened for cadmium treatment at the seeding and adult stage to research the effect of rice root structure on absorption and transport of cadmium.The results showed that cadmium in 0~3μmol·L^(-1) concentration range had little effect on the growth of rice at seedling stage,but had a significant effect on the seed-setting rate at adult stage.There were significant differences in the accumulation of cadmium in various organs of rice at adult stage,and the order was root>stem>leaf>grain.Moreover,the more developed the root system were,the stronger the ability of rice varieties to absorb and store cadmium was.However,different rice varieties,due to the difference of cadmium efflux ability,affected the accumulation of cadmium in vivo.
