摘  要:提升扁钢带的表面及边角质量是增强钢筘筘齿用钢带产品竞争力的关键。阐述高端钢筘用扁钢带边部和表面质量的理论要求,对扁钢带边部和表面的常见缺陷进行分析。给出了扁钢带边部轮廓和表面质量的失效模式与影响因素以及提高产品质量需要强化控制的变量因素。对轧制、切边、俢边、抛光等关键工序给出了控制关键点,对指导钢筘生产具有实际意义。Improving surface and corner quality of flat steel strip is the key to enhance competitiveness of steel strip products for reed tooth.To expound theoretical requirements of edge and surface quality of flat steel strip for reed,and analyzes common defects of edge and surface of flat steel strip,gives failure modes and influencing factors of edge profile and surface quality of flat steel strip and variable factors that need to strengthen control to improve product quality.Control points of key processes such as rolling,trimming,edging and polishing are given,which has practical significance for guiding reed production.
