摘　　要：运用流体分析软件建立流道的分析模型,通过模型对流道内的水浴溶液流体状况,压力分布,流速均匀性进行了分析。优化了流道结构和导流板的布局,优化后水浴溶液在整个流场都没有紊流,流速均匀,导流板结构设计满足生产工艺要求,并可以直接生成工程图指导生产制造。To establish analysis model of flow channel by using fluid analysis software,the fluid condition,pressure distribution and velocity uniformity of water bath solution in flow channel are analyzed through the model.The flow channel structure and deflector layout are optimized.After optimization,water bath solution has no turbulence in the whole flow field,and the flow rate is uniform.The structural design of deflector meets the requirements of production process,and can directly generate engineering drawings to guide production and manufacturing.
