摘  要:钢丝经过拉拔后采用收线盘主动收线,为进行散盘收线,设计倒立式拉丝机生产线。放线采用任何方式均可,卷筒定速拉拔钢丝,收线部分由收线基座和收线盘组成,收线部分与卷筒配合运行生产。电气控制系统以西门子200SMART PLC为主站,HITECH触摸屏与两台汇川380变频器为从站,对生产线各个部分精确控制。使用倒立式拉丝机生产线可以避免盘线转化散线工序,提高生产效率。To taken up steel wire after drawing actively with pay off drop,handstand drawing machine production line is designed for loose coil take-up.Any method can be adopted for pay off machine.Wire drawing speed is determined by drum speed.The take-up part is composed of take-up base and take-up drop.Take-up part runs in cooperation with drum.The electrical control system takes Siemens 200SMART PLC as master station,HITECH touch screen and two Huichuan 380 frequency converters as slave stations to accurately control all parts of production line.Handstand drawing machine production line can eliminate the process of converting coil line into loose line.The production efficiency shall be increased.
