摘　　要：42CrMo卡车转向横拉杆球头销在服役过程中发生断裂。对断裂后的球头销进行分析检测。结果表明:球头销断裂类型为解理脆性断裂,球头销内部存在明显的碳偏析和横向平行的内部微裂纹,此类缺陷割裂机体连续性,使得局部承载强度降低,并引起明显的应力集中,球头销在野外路段承受冲击振动载荷时微裂纹发生扩展,最终导致断裂。The ball joint pin of 42CrMo truck steering tie rod was broken during service.Analyze and detect the broken ball joint pin.Results show that the fracture type of ball pin is cleavage brittle fracture,and there are obvious carbon segregation and transverse parallel internal microcrack in ball pin.Such defects cut continuity of body,reduce local bearing strength,and cause obvious stress concentration.When the ball pin bears impact vibration load in field,the microcrack expand and eventually lead to fracture.
